  5. INGREDIENTS: Apple Mixture

  7. 5 apples, cut and diced. (Red Delicious Style)

  9. 5 tblsp. sugar.

  11. 2 tsp. cinnamon.

  13. Mix sugar and cinnamon,add apples until completely coated.

  17. CAKE MIXTURE:

  19. 2 c. sugar.
  20.  
  21. 3 c. flour.
  22.  
  23. 3 tsp. baking powder.
  24.  
  25. 1 c. oil.
  26.  
  27. 2 tsp. vanilla.

  29. 1/2 c. orange juice.

  31. 5 eggs.

  35. Beat for 2&1/2 min. on medium speed.

  39. INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350^, mix all ingredients together

  41.                             except apple mixture. Pour a layer of the batter into

  43.                             a greased and floured "BUNDT" pan and some of the

  45.                             apple mixture, continue this until all is in the pan with      
  46.                            the final layer being batter.
